About Me

Hi! I’m Monica Banks.  I am a 2026 graduate from Walden University with my MSW.  Currently, I am currently License Eligible working towards my LCSW.  I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) for both adults and children and have experience in Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT), Crisis Management Services, and working closely with children and families.  I am also a Veteran of the US Army.

I enjoy supporting individuals, children, families, and couples as they navigate life’s challenges and relationship dynamics. I bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to my work, and I believe therapy should be a collaborative space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Together, we’ll identify what you want life to feel like beyond therapy, and work toward that vision at your own pace. I’m here to help you connect the dots between your emotions, behaviors, and experiences so that you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
