Hello! I am Latesha Adkins, LCSW, creator of Therapy-Driven Weight Loss, a sustainable, mental health–informed approach to weight management. After losing over 160 pounds naturally, without surgery, medication, or restrictive dieting, I now teach individuals and organizations how to approach weight loss in a way that is realistic, balanced, and sustainable for life.
My seminars focus on moderation over deprivation, awareness over judgment, eliminating all-or-nothing thinking, and breaking free from restrictive food rules. Rather than promoting extreme dieting, I teach the core components of sustainable weight loss. Understanding the psychology behind eating behaviors, maintaining a moderate calorie deficit, building consistency, and creating lifestyle habits that people can actually maintain long term.
