About Me
Hi, I’m Fayola! I am a Master of Social Work student at Capella University, pursuing an advanced generalist education with a growing interest in clinical and medical social work. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and have several years of experience in community outreach, care coordination, family engagement, and client advocacy.
My professional background includes working with individuals and families to connect them with community resources, navigate challenging circumstances, and access the support and services they need. Through roles in community outreach, care coordination, and family engagement, I have developed experience building relationships with diverse populations, identifying client needs, coordinating services, and advocating for individuals and families.
My professional interests include mental health, medical social work, trauma-informed care, and supporting individuals through major life challenges and transitions. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported in a safe and judgment-free environment.
My goal is to create meaningful connections with clients while helping them recognize their strengths, develop practical coping and life skills, and access resources that support their overall well-being. As I continue my journey toward becoming a clinical social worker, I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and client-centered care.
